No. the 59107C is basicly a stock replacement distributor with a slightly better than stock cap, rotor and coil. You can change the springs but the amount of advance is not adjustable.
In the Mallory line we have a billet HEI (7548201) that has adjustable mechanical advance, adjustable vacuum advance, billet housing, ball bearings and a high performance module with a built-in adjustable rev limiter.
